The first online business plans development platform in Moldova to boost entrepreneurship

Our customer is a public, non-profit and non-commercial institution that started its activity 12 years ago with a mission to grow entrepreneurship in Moldova by providing assistance and support to small and medium-sized companies. The organization has become a trustworthy supporter for SMEs and it has contributed to the country's sustainable economic development and creation of new jobs. Over the years, the organization worked together with the private sector to address the challenges that entrepreneurs are facing, reaching more than 15000 entrepreneurs through its programs. It created and maintains 11 Business Incubators, a National Business Excellence Centre and is the national contact point of Enterprise Europe Network, offering internationalization services.

As part of its mission to provide smart solutions and instruments for business growth, our customer needed a platform to help entrepreneurs develop their business plans and provide standardized information regarding the business plan creation model. The main goal of the e-platform was to ensure the collection, processing, storage and dissemination of information as well as to provide a mechanism for managing and monitoring the main processes of business plan development. The platform must also provide users with free and interactive access to the resources they need to start their own business.

The E-Platform focuses on users, providing them with accessible services and useful information. It offers comprehensive areas with process descriptions making it easy to find the information either via a search functionality or by browsing categories.

The platform works as an efficient search engine along with a clear and transparent structuring of what it has to offer. Dedicated guides and tools make it easy to search for information. The result was a responsive e-platform with excellent user experience which enables entrepreneurs to make their first steps towards building a successful business.
