B2B Sales Executive

Experienced

    Candidates have to prove knowledge and experience in promoting and selling technical solutions, technology platforms, custom-developed software and products for both local and foreign customers, have the desire and ambition to achieve both personal and company growth.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • new leads and opportunities prospecting together with the marketing department;
    • cold-calling and cold-emailing in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
    • customers’ needs determination accordingly to the company’s product market grid, and matching the customers’ needs with possible solutions provided by the company (ready to go solutions or custom developed from scratch);
    • new business directions identification and development through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls, emails;
    • concept perception and schematic presentation and delivery to the customer of the possible solutions demonstrations;
    • brief technical description development and coordination with the customer (based on company adjustable templates);
    • clarifications request and receiving;
    • participation in project budget determination together with the company team;
    • ability to build and create commercial offers (based on adjustable templates) in a good manner proving interest to customers’ specifics and understanding of the customers’ problems and possible solutions;
    • negotiation of the projects’ cost and good definition of company advantages compared to competitors’ and proper answer to customers’ questions and arguments;
    • agreements provision and signature with the clients (NDA, Scope of Work, Service Agreements etc.);
    • accepted projects handover to the development team, introduction meetings organization;
    • account management (up-sell, cross-sell, customers’ feedback provision etc.);
    • daily, weekly, monthly planning based on periodic aims and goals determination;
    • daily, weekly, monthly reporting based on achievements of proposed goals;
    • clear and easy-to-read reports provision;
    • CRM customer database actualization;
    • managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.

     

    Requirements:

    MIDDLE SALES EXECUTIVE:

    • University/college degree (mandatory);
    • Sales, Marketing, Business and Management grade;
    • Sales experience at least 1 year in B2B (IT, software products) or B2B Acquisition experience;
    • English: B2 (to be proven in a discussion on the 1st interview);
    • Analytic thinking;
    • Discipline;
    • Fast learning;
    • Sociability;
    • Negotiation skills;
    • Ability to work in a team;
    • Basic reporting skills;
    • MS Office advanced knowledge.

     

    SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE:

    • University/college degree (mandatory);
    • Sales, Marketing, Business and Management grade;
    • Sales experience not less than 2 years in B2B (IT, software products) or B2B Acquisition experience;
    • English: B2/C1 (to be proven in a discussion on the 1st interview);
    • Analytic thinking;
    • Strong negotiation skills;
    • Team management abilities;
    • Discipline, autonomy and sociability;
    • Self-planning and fast learning;
    • Ability to work in a team;
    • Advanced reporting skills;
    • Problem-solving;
    • MS Office proficient.
